The annual general meeting of shareholders of Azimut Exploration Inc. will be held at the Hotel Warwick Le Crystal, Room De la Montagne, 1100 de la Montagne Street, Montreal, (Québec) on February 20, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern time).

HOW TO OBTAIN PAPER COPIES OF THE PROXY MATERIALS
The Corporation will provide a paper copy of the Management Information Circular to any shareholder, free of charge, for a period of one (1) year from the date the Management Information Circular is filed on SEDAR+.
Shareholders may elect to receive a printed copy of the Circular by contacting TSX Trust Company toll-free at 1-888-433-6443 or by e-mail at tsxt-fulfilment@tmx.com.
After the meeting, you may request a printed copy by calling the same numbers. Please allow three (3) business days for your request to be processed (and ten (10) business days after the Meeting), as well as the usual mailing time.
